This laptop sleeve is made from cotton fabric knitted on a historic machine from the 1950s. The textile is produced by Salhus Tricotagefabrik AS and sewn locally at the factory. The sleeve brings together industrial heritage, craftsmanship, and everyday function in a single object.
The knitted structure creates a soft yet durable surface. The color palette features a light gray base with white stripes, finished with a blue zipper that adds a clear contrast. The sleeve measures 27 × 35 cm and fits small to medium-sized laptops or tablets.
Each sleeve is the result of local production and the continuation of textile traditions connected to Salhus.
